How do u keep a good relation ship with ptsd and bipolar my bipolar is mannaged but all of a sudden my ptsd has been acting up i ran into my ex who used to beat me and cheat on me until hospitalized me and i moved away the meds have blocked it out for years any way i was great untill i went back home to visit the rents and untill i seen him when i was out with my boyfriend/feonce lol still not used to that word ... i totaly freaked n ran to the trucked locked myself in ...hes been in jail for beating women after me they keep letting him out any way my point is now im depressed alot and having flashbacks again i wake up screaming i am on herbal supplements for the depression and clonazapam when i have the flash backs n freak out any one delt with this does it ever really go away i dont want to loose the love of my life i feel like its alot for him even tho hes amazing he holds me gives me my clonazepam and talks in comforting voice having me count back words untill i calm down i want to get over this and get better but i keep reliving this over and ovet
