Still no Af

Still no AF since 2nd August. pregnancy t3sts come back negative. I have never missed a period apart from when in was pregnant with my daughter 10 years ago...been to my gp he is sending me for a blood test...any one know what I should expect...I'm very sensitive and emotional and feel like a baby hippo... my boobs are huge 😕😕😕😕
