Ok so hopefully this isn't too hard to follow. I am on NuvaRing birth control, and I took my ring out last Thursday 9/29, 8 days ago, got my period, and was supposed to put another ring in yesterday 10/6, a week later. However, I was not able to put a new ring in yesterday because I wasn't able to get to the pharmacy to pick them up, and I had sex today. So long story short, I was supposed to put in a new ring yesterday, but didnt, and had sex today. Do you think I'm safe? Thanks for any help.
