Ultrasound Abnormalities

I am 9 weeks pregnant and this week had a lot of bright/dark red bleeding. I went to my RE the following morning and the baby has a heart rate 168 and appears fine. She thinks I had a sub chorionic hemorrhage rupture that caused the bleeding which is now brown spotting. However, when doing the ultrasound, she mentioned that my gestational sac is measuring small and about 1 week behind and that it looks like I could have an amniotic band. I was also told a have a sub chorionic bump. Had anyone ever had any of these things or know what to expect??? My online research has told me what I fear is going to happen( which I just can't think about considering this is my 3rd pregnancy via assisted fertility and I have lost both of the other ones early on), however amniotic bands are very difficult to diagnose and often not diagnosed until later in pregnancy. I am trying not to stress and worry since the baby is currently fine but I got very few answers on what this all means other than we will recheck on Monday and see if there are any changes....
