week one done!
Ok so I'm posting this here because I haven't told anyone yet (I just don't want the questions or judgments)
We went vegan a week ago today and it's been great! I've been so busy in the kitchen cooking the tastiest meals and my husband has loved every one! I have noticed it's easier to get up in the morning, and I actually have energy first thing which is new to me. I'm eating more than before but I assume most of that is my brain being silly and worrying I'm not getting enough.
One thing I am slightly worried about is that I get headaches at night, I think it may be because I had a lot of sweets before going vegan so I'm withdrawing from sugar? Any advice or tips?
