Eating fish?

Is eating a lot of fish going to effect my baby? I'm 35 weeks already. I just ate a 10 piece fish.. 
Will it hurt my baby :( I know they say not to eat a lot of it but I love fish..

Eating fish is recommended during pregnancy! As long as you stay away from high Mercury and you don't eat it everyday. Once of twice a week is great for the baby and you(:

Fish has awesome Omega-3 content and lots of protein and vitamins! It's good for baby!! 👶🏼 Avoid tuna because it's high in mercury, but cod and such are fine. I eat tilapia like twice a week. Hehe

As long as it wasn't high in mercury, you're fine. Fish has been my favorite this entire pregnancy! Haha
