My partner and I are ttc and decidedly happily not married. Anyone else?

There are lots of people who don't marry. With or without marriage ceremony I believe in clarity of commitment and responsibility for all partners choosing to conceive. I also know that our society is structured to support the institution of marriage, with taxes, but more importantly ability to be there for each other in case of emergency, medical intervention, etc.

We did but there's nothing wrong with it if it's not what you want. However, if you haven't already you may want to look into having appropriate legal documentation if the worst should happen, if you want to be able to make decisions for each other and that sort of thing.

nothing wrong with not being married and having kids. Everyone is doing it and very happy. you dont have to get married. ☺️

If you dont want to get married you dont have to theres no law that says you have to be married before kids or even after having them if you are both comfortable with not getting married but still want a family then go for it
