Does anyone on here work from home?

I have a full time job and have worked from home for a couple years but I just had my first baby. Seeking to connect with other work from home professionals for advice.

I work from home with my 6 month baby girl. I manage it all. My office hours are from 8:00AM to 3PM, baby sleeps from 9:00AM to about 1:00 PM. I have her by my side at all times. She is even with me on my conference calls. People seem to love hearing her voice when she's around, when she's awake, she's hanging on a carpet by my side playing with her toys and If i have a big project to turn in (a big spreadsheet with lots of statistical information) i work on the spreadsheets at night when my husband gets home. We get by just fine... don't worry about the baby being a burden, babies are like puppies they will behave the way you teach them.

I've been working from home for five years, with a baby due next spring. I'll be mostly on leave after baby is born, then he will go into daycare while I work. I don't think it'd be possible to work from home while he's there.

Hi Lo, I work from home, have been for about 10 years. I haven't had my baby yet (due Nov 23rd) and still trying to figure out how it will work when my leave is over. I usually have at least 4 hours of conference calls per day. My mom is  retired and has offered to come over to watch the baby. I'm thinking that I won't need her the whole day but I have to wait and see what my baby's sleeping and feeding patterns are like before I know for sure.

I have a "normal" work from home job (by that I mean I'm not selling products- though I'm sure those jobs are great). I am on leave now through June. My job is very demanding I am in the office 10-6, constantly on calls or webexs with coworkers and clients. We plan to have a sitter in the house until September. Then my parents will be watching her after that. I really don't want to go back to work 😭😪 but I'm happy to know for at least a few months she will be under the same roof as me. 💜💕
