why do I not notice my cramps until I see blood

You know how you don't realize a small cut hurts until you see it? I don't notice that I'm cramping until I see my period. I just went pee and saw blood in my panties (3 days early🙄) and then I started cramping. 
Why? Lol

Same! Like I won't be cramping or anything, the minute I notice blood, even if it's just when I wipe. It feels like Freddy Krueger is in my uterus trying to get out. 🙄🙄🙄
