Did anyone serve drink dispensers filled with mixed alcohol drinks in them at your wedding? If so, what did you make?

At my reception we are getting gets of beer and we have 6 3gallon drink dispensers that we are going to fill with mixed alcoholic drinks. Anyone else do that? If so what did you make? I'm trying to find good mixed drink recipes to use

1/2 7-up/Sprite
1/2 Hawaiian Punch/fruit punch
Bottle of champagne
1/2 gallon of rainbow sherbet ice-cream scooped
It's delicious and a good option for those that may not want to get shit faced from m the other dispensers, haha
Some people do both a bottle of champagne and a bottle of white wine

Tip: make the ice out of whatever mixers you're using so the drinks don't end up watered down. You can also put a small slice of citrus fruit, pineapple, maraschino cherries, etc in each cube to make it look pretty in the dispenser. Or do the same but make your own "ice blocks" instead of cubes using Tupperware containers. They'll take longer to melt. You could even find fun heart shaped molds to do the same. Just make sure they're not bigger than the container's opening
