Has anyone ever done blessing bags??

I am seriously thinking about buying necessities and  snacks to make blessing bags this year for when it gets cold. Has anyone ever done this? What did you put in your blessing bags???

If you're doing it for the winter, I'd either make a scarf or leave them out (cheaper and easier to crochet some than to buy some) mittens, hats, hand warmers, shampoo/conditioner, shaving cream, kleenex, maybe pads for the ladies. Some first aid type things, bandaids and such. Snacks/foods that are ready to eat and don't require heating/cooling. If you have yarn and you crochet, maybe some throw blankets if you can.
