So I bought this is aug cause I was told not to use soap down there while pregnant so my doctor said use rephresh but I bought this and it says don't use while pregnant that's why I haven't used it yet what other rephresh is there? Do you think it's safe?

U should NOT use ANYTHING inside ur vagina. That's how BV starts.
And yes, rephresh SAYS toys that and the other,  but it's just another crappy over the counter product.
Ur vagina is self cleaning. U don't need ANYTHING inside. Wash ur outsides with soap and, water and that's it. Nothing else needed. 
I'm surprised that ur obgyn would tell u to stick crappy products inside ur vagina to correct ur ph. If ur oh is off,  obviously something is not right and that product will NOT make it better, but rather make it worse.. regardless of what they SAY IT DOES. ..

That looks way more hard core than what is necessary to keep clean down there. The vagina is self cleaning, there is really no need for special cleansers, particularly for the inside. I have never used anything like that and have always been told over-cleaning can throw off the natural balance down there and cause yeast infections. I just wash the outside with mild soap and rinse thoroughly with water and call it a day!

You shouldn't insert anything in your vagina  pregnant or not. The vagina cleans itself. I personally let the soap run down my lower belly and I'll have the water facing upwards and just use a clean rag to clean everything.

You  shouldn't  use any type of douche while  pregnant.  It can make you more prone to a bacterial infection.  Your body naturally  cleanses itself. Maybe try priobioitcs to balance out naturally .

Unscented Dove soap is all I use on my vagina. Ur not supposed to use anything scented down there. I buy the bars just for that and use regular scented body wash for the rest of my body.

It's safe but don't use often. It shouldn't be scented at all. My dr told me they were fine to use just not daily or even weekly because it can cause a build up of bacteria. I use a water/apple cider vinegar mix to was down there. It balances your ph levels and is totally safe. It's good to soak in too
