Spotting on Crinone

I took Crinone for the first time this cycle yesterday.  I just found out from an ERA test that I'm pre-recptive, meaning I needed more progesterone before transfer.  I noticed yesterday that I was spotting brown and it seemed like the Crinone was coming out.  I've never noticed that before and it's freaking me out a little.  I've had 2 failed FET's and a mock FET cycle and I've had Crinone for all three.  I've never had an issue with it until now.  Do you know if this is common?  I don't want to bug my doctor after hours if it's something that's typical.
