losing weight. Where to start, how to do it?
I am wondering how others in a similar situation as me have been able to start their weight loss.
I haven't always been overweight, at one point I was probably over weight. Then one day (I say one day because that's literally what it felt like) I woke up and I'm 210 pounds. Every doctor I've been to about not being able to get pregnant or because my back hurts or because of anything really say right away I need to loose the weight and all my problems will be diminished. Those doctor visits always get me motivated... for two weeks and then it is replaced with the desire to sleep in rather than go to the gym or the ease of ordering delivery rather than cooking.
I want to be healthy and to be able to feel like my husband means it when he tells me I look great. So my question is has anyone else been in this place and how do you get past the motivation leaving you in the dust?
