Extreme nausea anyone?

Being induced in 8 days at 39 weeks for gestational diabetes. Experiencing extreme nausea tonight and awful cramping. I've also had a bad cold for the past 3 days and am short on sleep. Don't want to be induced but don't want baby to come when I'm sick! Ughh :(

I had this for a week before my induction. I felt like I had a bad cold coming on and spent pretty much a week in bed. The doctor said that because it wasn't getting worse it was probably due to hormones and body trying to gear up for labor. My body didn't gear up fast enough though and I still had my induction.
