Boost your supply with good oatmeal, not that sugary instant stuff. Recipe courtesy of Martha Stewart: add one cup steel cut oats and 4 cups water to a pot with lid. Optional: add dried cranberries, golden raisins, or chopped dried fruit. Let soak overnight. In morning, bring to rapid boil and then reduce to simmer for 7-10 mins. Serve with milk and brown sugar to taste. Makes four servings, leftovers microwave well.
