Let me set this straight first- my dad is in a big leading position of a record label and thats why I know just many people living here and there. I turned 18 about 4 months ago and live in London. I've met this guy who was 25 last year and we just became real good friends, his friends were my friends and thats like how we met. He lives in New York but I often visit my dad who part time lives in New York too and he's in London a lot because of his job and stuff like that and we grew closer after a while. We spend a lot of time alone as well just watching movies and having fun just like normal friends when one night we were just being all normal again and we were talkig I just leaned in and wanted to kiss him. He stopped me before we touched and said he felt like I was way too young and he really likes me but I should at least be 18 first. I've heard from many friends that he kinda has a thing for me aswell but the last time we were in a situation like before he just said he doesnt want me to think its okay because I just turned 18. We've been kinda in a relationship since then tho but we didnt do anything sexual we kissed but he felt bad later because he thought its weird that we have such an age difference.

I just dont know what I could say should I tell him how I feel or what?
