I've written about my relationship with my ex in other threads. My ex and I were together for 4 years. We broke up last year but kept in touch when he moved to Boston for his MBA.

However, before he went back home, he started a long distance relationship with a girl he met in his MBA. She was jealous of our friendship and he decided to stop talking to me. He would still reply to me every other day, but I decided to cut off contact to make things easier for him.

It's been a month and I haven't heard from him. It hurts to not know anything about him. Even though I'm busier in this new city and have been seeing other people, I miss him. A lot.

Will he ever message me/ask to see me? We were each other's best friend. The first couple of weeks without knowing from him really hurt. But he's a beautiful person and I just thought he would've reappeared by now.

Should I text him? Or should I just let him go as a friend, even if he reappears? Thank you for reading <3
