Someone please help, I'm a mess !

Has anyone went through thus and what is the outcome? ?

I went to my first ultrasound today and according to my laptop I should be 8 weeks along. I did an internal ultrasound and the tech said the sac looked good but that the baby was only measuring 6 weeks and there was no heartbeat at all. I have had no bleeding at all, what is wrong? Has anyone went through this and what was their outcome?
