6 mo check up

Today was my babys 6 mo check up she got her shots etc..the dr said to start her on table food. My baby hardly eats baby food let alone table food. Some days she will eat 2 oz if squash but some days not. Ive tried giving her mashed potatoes but seemed like she had trouble and made a gag face. So im kind of scared. What are some things youe feeding your 6 mo old?
