Does anyone else pee on them selves 🙈

Please tell me I am not the only one that gets kicked through out the day and Pee on themselves by the end of my shift I smell myself and my panties are soaked it's like he's kicking me right in the vagina and I can feel a little urine come out every time. I hate it!!!!

Practice your kegels all the time! They really do help. My problem is I feel I can never get it all out, like my bladder is still full after I pee. So I go until I think I'm done, leave the bathroom, and then have to go again right away. It's so much worse at night. This is my second baby, so I already cross my legs every time i have to cough or sneeze, just in case.

Don't feel bad your not alone! He kicks so hard I always have to pee, its so frustarting. The other night I was up getting a snack, and didn't have panties on under my night shirt. I coughed so hard pee came out and ran staright down my leg.😔You can imagine how fun my clean up was.. I laugh too hard I pee, I cough I pee.. Its just constant peeing😭

Practicing your kegels can help! Also trying googling pelvic floor exercises. Strengthening your pelvic floor will help prevent leaks.

Not to be totally gross but I feel like I'm always wet and gross down there and change my underwear at least twice a day 😳😂
