pink in my panties?

There's a pinkish tinge in my panties. Nothing heavy. I'm on a road trip with my husband and we still have two days of driving until we get home. I'm not for sure that it's spotting. I know I'm a little dehydrated from trying not to drink and have to pull over a lot. I felt the baby kick today and haven't had cramps. No pink when I wipe, but it is yellow like I need to drink water. Should I just call my midwife and watch it until we can get back? Is this normal at this stage? Maybe a bladder infection? I'm 31 weeks btw. I feel like I can't stop freaking out about every little thing
