Pain Relief??

Question

Anyone have advice to help ease pelvic,hip,and back pain! Pelvic region hurts when flipping over run bed,getting out of bed, after sitting to long and getting up or walking😑..Anything other than delivery??  Stretches? Work is miserable and doesnt help working for a bunch of men who completely think its a cake walk growing a human inside of you😒

Okay I work with physical therapy so here are some  stretches
For pelvic/ low back: Lie on your back, lift one leg up into the air until your knee is bent at a 90 degree angle and as you breathe out, cross your leg over your body to the floor on opposite side, hold for as long as it feels good, do it on both sides.
for hips: Sitting femur rotations: sit up, back against the wall if you must, and with your legs stretched out in front of you at a little less than shoulder width, flex your quads (thighs) and keep your toes pointed up toward the ceiling, rotate your legs to the outside and then to the inside , touching the floor with the side of your foot each time, do 30 reps. Then widen your legs to a little wider than shoulder width and repeat. 
For thoracic (mid back) : lie on your side, legs bent, as you breathe out lift your arm that is not on the floor adjacent to your body rotate your shoulder blades as close to the floor as possible and repeat on both sides.
General stretches: cat/dog yoga poses (there are some yoga apps that you could try as well those would have stretches to target your pain areas just use discretion in what poses to do and not do.)

These should help alleviate some of your pain. I also recommend finding a good chiropractor! Keeping your body in line up to delivery is so hard yet so essential. Best of luck dear 💜

Just Tylenol lol I'm in the same boat and I will not exercise lol I'm allergic to physical labor! Lol

I am in the same boat. Since 20 weeks I have extreme pain that first started in my back and hips. And then all of a sudden the most pain is in my groin. Like my entire pubic area inner leg and the tendons under my vagina lips I guess all hurt so bad it's excruciating. Sometimes it feels like it's burning. When I roll in bed it is the worst. Getting up from sitting. Ugh 
Hubby got me a snoogle and it helps me sleep a lot.

Get a yoga/birthing ball (big so your knees are 90 degrees) and sit on it. You can get cheap ones. That has helped me and will triple.. It will be great during labor and after!

My doc sent me to the physio...since I struggled with pelvic girdle pain with my first pregnancy and this time around again🙄
