can't have sex :-(

It's been months since my boyfriend and I have started being sexually active and we can only do oral stuff because every time we try to have sex it is too painful for me. We have tried EVERYTHING. different positions, lube, lots of foreplay, etc etc. nothing seems to work. a few times i've even bleed a little bit. What are we doing wrong?? is there something wrong with me? i just want to get through this so it doesn't hinder our relationship or any other relationship i may be in.
