nexplanon insertion

Has anyone had bleeding on the cut where they insert nexplanon?? I was laying down and felt a puddle and I looked and i was covered in blood from that, i got it done today.. my ob said I would have bruising but said nothing about bleeding so I went to the hospital to make sure everything was fine and they said it was but I just got so worried. It was a lot of blood 😣
