anal aftermath - help??!

so my boyfriend and i tried anal just a few days ago, and it was pretty intense for me and it hurt so i had him stop but i didnt think too much of it. today i noticed my ass still kinda hurts, and when i was mastrubating i noticed a larger puffy kind of....skin tab-esque piece of my anus that seems to be sticking out,. it seems okay (at least considering), im not bleeding, it just hurts a lil bit and its weird, but its nothing major, and certainly not life threatening, but its not the best.
