does anyone know alot about pumping???

My flange is 24mm and im barely getting any milk i dont feel a suction yet my nipples are turning red and white on the tips.... does that mean i need a bigger or smaller flange? (My boobs are an A cup And my nippes are fairly big)

Does it hurt like it's rubbing in the tunnel of the flange?

The medela site has a picture that shows how your nipple should look in the flange. Also shows what too big and too small look like.

Does your nipple fit when it gets pulled in? You should use some lasinoh cream or coconut oil so it won't irritate your nipple and you should turn the suction on its lowest setting and go up slowly and stop before it hurts. It takes a while to get right.

I would try the next size up. And make sure you move it to make it comfortable and the right placement while it's pumping
