Will Plan B help?

long story short, a friend of mine and i got high, had a couple of shots (i just had one & a half) then had sex. the first condom had spermicide, but the second condom didnt and unfortunately that one broke. we went out to get plan b and i just took it (it's been about an hour and a half since we had sex). should we be okay? we're both really anxious and i just need a little reassurance about this. 😅
