negative test turns positive?

So i took a pregnancy test a few days ago because my period is late by 5 days, it was negative. Then I looked at it a couple days later and it had 2 lines! What does that mean?

It's only valid with in the time frame. After that evaporation line or where the pregnancy line should be sometimes appears due to it sitting for so long. It's still negative.

I retested twice both negative

The test are only accurate for about 10 minutes anything after that time is invalid. You should retest.
