Feels like the end is coming

I'm 35weeks and 4days along now. I'am starting to get some new symptoms. My vomiting that went way is starting to come back. I'am having low stomach pain from gas and poo. My Poo has become soft and I'm having to go more often. I'am becoming more on edge and just really tired. I have been nesting for awhile now. And I have had lost of the mucus plug. Also lots of pressure down below its sometimes to much to walk.
