Burnt my arm - 335F

I have a counter top roasting oven for cooking my turkey, I was reaching around it and barely touched it but it blistered badly and thankfully the blister didn't pop and it's gone down by this afternoon. I burnt myself 2yrs ago on my bbq and it blistered instantly and then popped a few hours later, went to the Dr's and they had to cut off the dead skin and bandaged it for me. Yesterday it was fairly red but today it's more brown and still hurts like hell. I'm attaching 3 pics, the one that's tanned is from yesterday, the 2 lighter ones are today.
