Career Change?

I'm dying for help!
I am currently a 4th year teacher in a new position and I'm feeling like every day that the politics of teaching are so overdone. The state tries to micromanage ALL teachers, including the good ones, to make sure that we are doing what we are told to do. This is separate from formal teacher evaluations where a teacher must create a portfolio to prove she is meeting expectations 😔 I am just so overwhelmed with feeling like I have failed every day. I fail my students because this job requires us to put so much time into other worthless things than just focusing solely on our students. It sucks. However, I hate to give up my passion and the chance to work with and make a difference in students' lives.
My problem is...my husband called me today saying that he has an opportunity to buy a company and I could work there full time to run the business. The flexibility of being able to bring my baby (due May 2016) into work with me sounds so appealing. However, I would give up my summers off and risk the chance of being spread even more thin because I would be the one in charge of running the business.
Ugh. I need input, advice, anything at this point.
