Do you spoil your dog?

My bf and I got our first dog together, he's a six month old pitbull named Brutus and we just love him. He brings so much joy to our life and gives us something to nurture. We have been ttc for a while now with no luck, so brutey is like our first kid in a way. We get made fun of by our families though, because we spoil him. For example when we take him to football games we bring him his own blanket because he hates the Cold. My bf is building him an insulated dog house because we live in Colorado and snow is gonna get deep this winter. And he gets carried a lot if he's tired or cold. I don't see anything wrong with it cause he's happy and healthy and very well behaved but sometimes my family and his family makes me feel stupid! He's like a part of our family. Does anyone else spoil their dog like this??
