advice please!

I am new to ttc. I have been experiencing early pregnancy symptoms (nausea, backache, headache, hunger, frequent urination, cramping, and heartburn for the first time in my life). I had recenently stopped using nuvaring and have had sex many times, not sure when I would have ovulated. I just got my period, or what seems to be my period (moderate red bleeding, cramps, and nausea which I usually never have on my normal period) a week early. The moderate bleeding lasted about 2 days and now it is very light. Can anyone tell me their thoughts of what this could be? Implantation bleeding or early period? Thank you to all who reply!
