Not all the time it can be easy, but it is amazing and so worth it!! So to start off My name is Mariah, I am just 16 years old and have taken the lifestyle of being vegan. Now I have been vegan for about only a month! I used to be vegitarian for 7 months, and finally did some research and truly found what I believe in and what kind of person I want to be. I fought long and hard to go vegan with my mother but I did it, and so can you! With the right information and the passion you can be a very healthy, loving, and kind vegan!
