Infertility

So my husband and I have been trying to have a baby we recently found out he has low sperm count and its not moving in the right direction we've made alot of changes and we definitely need to make more well about two months ago we tried Clomid and we talked to the doctor and they are putting us on it for a few more months before going and just doing a IVF

Has anyone with this same issue become pregnant? If so was it a few rounds of Clomid?

Also what vitamins do you suggest for males with low sperm count?
