need help !

Well after I shave I get these weird razor bumps , and they just look so weird and nasty that sometimes I get scared they're herpes or something idek. When I don't shave for a while they go away. But when I shave they come back. I have no idea. Only had sex with one person and he only have sex with one person before me and got checked after her and he was clean. Need help
