bra or no bra ??

I'm a 36DD & find it uncomfortable to wear a bra sometimes. I always sleep without a bra & I love it but I've tried not wearing a bra with normal clothes & I feel so uncomfortable. Is it just me? I hate the feeling of them hanging! Idk how else to explain it but it's uncomfortable as well. Does anyone have a tricks/ tips to make wearing a bra more comfortable or making not wear a bra feel better?
