Cold. Coughing. Spotting.

I am 6w 2d pregnant. My scheduled OBGYN appointment isn't until 8w 1d. I caught a cold 2 days ago, went to urgent care yesterday because I freaked out over 100F temp. I was prescribed tylenol and patience. This morning, I saw very pale pink spotting only when wiping, I'm wondering if I'm coughing too hard or having an mc. My last pregnancy was an mc. I spotted everyday until my first ultra sound then bleeding nonstop. So naturally, if I see light pink on the paper, I'm scared. I don't have any fever now but my breast are less tender than they were, i have been feeling less stretching in my uterus and I'm still sick. Has anyone been sick during pregnancy? Are my pregnancy symptoms suppose to go away?
