Ugh, yes 🙉 I have about 15 to go, and the extra weight is like, "yeah I don't think so." Haha

I was at my pp weight (160) for the first 3months, but I wasn't eating right. Now I'm steadily at 180-185 and I can't seem to drop nothing.

Below my normal weight 19 pp. I have to force myself to get enough extra calories to keep my supply up. I definitely need 500+ calories extra as I've just melted away since giving birth
Just waiting to get the go ahead to start exercising again...
