I had my baby on 22nd sept.. I delivered naturally. I had to have like 2 minor stitches which were due to a graze, but no major rips or anything. My question is how long until you're healed? I know my stitches have healed because there's no stinging or anything anymore buuuut how do you know when youre actually healed inside and everything lol it's been 3 weeks and I've stopped bleeding but I'm sceptical (sex(. Do I just leave it a couple more weeks to be safe? I'm going to ask my midwife to check it tomorrow but want some advise ☺️.
