Says think before you speak, be mindful of what you say to to others, that the things that r said shouldn't hurt others. Should be kind n nice not mean and hurtful.

Think before you speak. You can't take back what you say once it's said, & words can hurt worse than physically doing something sometimes. They stick with you. Being human, it's difficult to think before we speak.. so if our tongues were made of glass it would even hurt us before we said something. So thinking before we spoke would definitely be easier.
