Not sure what I should do.. My partner & I have been trying to conceive since about mid may of this year. Before that we had an empty sac pregnancy so it's been difficult to really not get high hopes. The last time I had AF was August 17th, last day of the cycle. Obviously I missed a month and still no sign of her coming. I've been having different symptoms of cravings, nausea, hot flashes,etc... I took 2 first response tests I think a little early in Sept with faint lines and today I took a clear blue digital and got  a BFN.. Has anyone else dealt with this?  I have read the digital tests are harder to detect early pregnancy. Suggestions and other experiences welcomed ! Confused and frustrated 👎🏻
