My Fiances ex isn't to thrilled about us being together and having a baby. She claimed domestic violence which they're in the process of going to court over the day she found out I was pregnant. In court the judge told her that us walking into the same store is not violating it that he has to physically touch her or talk to her since there was no evidence of violence but he agreed to have no contact with her. Well at the grocery store she called the cops on us saying we weren't allowed around her. The DVP is expired to begin with so nothing could be done and we had all the paperwork showing where it was expired and what the limitations I guess you'd say were so they made her leave. I wanted her arrested since she was violating my safety order against her and they wouldn't but they came in ready to arrest my fiance! The cops told us that by doing that she is trying to create a pattern of us following her and they could tell she was up to no good just by talking to her. Okay so how the heck can she create a pattern of us being around her when literally she lives 2 minutes away from our house and we live in a town where you can walk from one end to the other?! And to top it off she was breaking the law where as we were literally just buying brownie mix!
