endometriosis and interstitial cystitis while pregnant.

 I was diagnosed with endometriosis and interstitial cystitis about 2 years before we got pregnant which are both chronic diseases. They caused a lot of pelvic pain but since I've been pregnant I thought my pelvis would start widening making sex easier for me it hasn't. Sex doesn't hurt all the time but it hasn't felt great like before. Wondering if anyone has these diseases and if you have found anything thing to make sex easier? The pregnancy has made me really really sexual!
