4 weeks and sore boobs, who's wearing bras for bed?

Should I be wearing a sports bra for bed my boobs are ridiculous 😩

Yep living with a sports bra on since I found out has helped so bad with the sore boobs. I only cry when I get in the shower now lol

I was waking up in the middle of the night because my boobs were hurting so bad!  Sleeping in a sports bra has saved my slept!

I never wear bras to bed unless they're nursing bras. I'm still nursing my 9 month old and need easy access lol.

I do. If I don't they are so painful in the morning. Or I can wear a tank with built in bra. And I have a fairly small chest. 34 B. Bought a new bra and it's a 34 c.
