Help!!

Okay so (may be a little graphic) me and by boyfriend were fooling around the other night and he ended up cutting me by accident with his finger nail on my inner lip, there was lots of blood and we didn't notice at first when it happened (the lights were out). I'm not sure what to do or if I can do anything about it. So if you could help me out or give me any advice about it that would be nice .
