what do you wash your vagina with?

I'm just curious to see what everyone else uses. Recently ive been told you shouldn't use soap at all when washing your vagina because of your ph balance and that it can cause your vagina to smell different/bad which clearly isn't good...but I feel like using just water isn't very sanitary? Any thoughts? What's everyone else think/use?
