Pre-seed and BFP success rates??

Has anyone had success with pre-seed. I've been considering buying it and trying it....

We tried for 10 months before buying preseed and was pregnant within 2 months of its purchase. 
That being said, we had also given up actively trying (no tracking, testing, scheduled BD, etc) and just used preseed for lube so I'm not sure if it was the preseed or the fact that we gave up that helped. Either way I'm almost 12 weeks now and couldn't be happier. 
We still use it now as it's a great lube
