I had unprotected sex Friday, October 7th. My period was supposed to start this past Monday, October 10th. I'm now 3 days late. When is the best time to take a pregnancy test for the most accurate results?

Well you had had sex 3 days prior to you getting your period. If you had sex at least when you ovulated (14 days before missed period), then that would've been a better chance. Take a test now if you're worried.
